KEEPSTONE is a brand operated by Hainan Fengleiyi Technology Co., Ltd. This website presents our B2B custom souvenir products and services and allows retailers, destination organizations, and other business customers to contact us.

The current contact form asks for Name (required), Company (optional), Business Email (required), and Message (required). If you contact us by email, we also receive your email address and the information you include in your message. Information Collected Automatically
The site is hosted on WordPress.com and uses Jetpack Stats to measure website traffic and content performance. Jetpack Stats records site activity such as page and post views, outbound-link clicks, referring URLs or search terms, and country information. Depending on the Jetpack Stats plan and settings, regional or city-level statistics may also be available.
To generate these statistics, Automattic may process technical information such as IP addresses, WordPress.com account details when a visitor is logged in, browser and device information, visited and referring URLs, event timestamps, browser language, and country codes.
KEEPSTONE receives statistical reports rather than visitor-level IP addresses or account identifiers. Automattic states that Jetpack Stats logs containing visitor IP addresses and WordPress.com identifiers are retained for 28 days.
How We Use Information
We use information submitted through the site to respond to inquiries, understand a proposed destination or product project, discuss requirements, prepare follow-up communications, and maintain ordinary business correspondence. Contact Form Handling
Contact form responses are emailed to info@keepstone.net and are also saved in the Jetpack Forms responses area of the WordPress.com dashboard. They can be accessed by authorized site administrators. The site does not currently ask visitors to create an account or submit payment information.
Because Akismet is enabled, certain contact form submission data is sent to Akismet for spam checking. This may include the submitter’s IP address, browser information, email address, the website URL associated with the submission, and the message submitted. Form submissions are also stored in the WordPress.com dashboard and emailed to the form recipient. Notification emails may include the submitter’s IP address and submission timestamp.
The form notice asks visitors to avoid including confidential information. KEEPSTONE should apply the same caution when responding by email and should move sensitive commercial discussions to an appropriate business channel.

Based on our current website configuration, we have not identified a separate Google Analytics property, advertising pixel, payment processor, customer relationship management system, or newsletter signup form. Information may be disclosed to the service providers described above when necessary to operate the website and process inquiries. Data Retention
Ordinary business inquiries that do not lead to an ongoing business relationship are retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive communication. After that period, we delete or anonymize the inquiry records under our control unless retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain required business records.
Records relating to ongoing customer or supplier relationships may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relationship and meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, contractual, or dispute-resolution requirements.
Contact form submissions may remain in Jetpack Forms until an authorized administrator deletes them. Copies of messages may also remain in Google Workspace email records or service-provider backups according to the applicable retention and deletion mechanisms. Deleting information from one system may not immediately remove every backup copy.
International Processing
Our website uses service providers, including Automattic and Google, that may process information in countries other than the visitor’s country of residence.
The locations and arrangements for processing depend on the services used and their configurations.
